Has anyone used one of these?

Look nice and small - I'm wondering whether it would fit where the alternator goes, with the alternator mounted higher (like on a car with aircon).

I want something which fits without body mods, and I want good response (otherwise I would just go turbo)

The SC 5-port supercharged units are setup that way, albeit using a rotrex s/c unit - not sure how it compares to the AMR500 in size

output in one revolution  m45 = 0.75 L ; aisin amr 500 = 0.5 L  sc12 = 1.2 L sc14 = 1.4 L

These are all roots type blowers where as the $$$rotrex$$$ is more like a crank driven turbo

That's lovely simple packaging!

The AMR500 being that small isn't going to be particularly efficient for anything bigger than a 998 I guess.

Makes me wonder whether an SC12 or M45 could be packaged in a similar way to make it easier to duct the air to an intercooler.
