A cad program for lightweight door handles would be good

Gaz66: drop me a line via PB and a picture of what you want and I'll (try to) draw it up for you for 3D -print. That you can also use/convert for CAD if needed..

I have seen some alloy perforated ones and I guess you want something like that..

Hey John, this is great work! I have been searching all over the internet for these and thank God I ran into your post here. I know nothing about 3D printing, would you be willing to make me a pair to be shipped to the US? I can pay via paypal?

Hopefully I'm not reviving too old of a thread, but I made this and wanted to add it to the library for everyone.

Added it to the list (1st post).

If anyone had suggestions on what to add, just drop me a line..

I've created another wheel bearing tool. The one in the list didn't fit my rear taper bearings. This one fits the shoulder of the race and down into the smaller ID to stay centered.

One more. This is a debris cover that fits around the collar of a KAD short shifter between the gaiter ring and floor - https://www.printabl...er-debris-cover

Hello Johnmar, I came across this fantastic old post of yours hoping you are still active? I have been looking around for some time for the Innocenti type Turn/Light switch on the steering column which as you may well know all suffer from irreparable damage.

My question to you is can you suggest how I can tackle and solve this problem as my Mini is without this "precious" NLA part.

Here is an oddball request that I would love to help with. On later Rovers without inertia rear belts, they came with this plastic clip called the BELTPARK. One of mine broke off. Seems simple enough to recreate ( have done 2D drawings), with the only issue being a way to attach to belt. Would require some cuts/openings in wear the belt looped through that would then be glued shut.

Do you have any photo's of the part and measurements, that way we can try to draw this part together and see how far we come..
