Well, in Jakarta alone there are about 100s registered members of the Jakarta Morris Club, around 50-70 actual cars, and 20 cars who regularly attend monthly club gathering. Few of them being driven daily - mine was one of them...

Well, actually the only asian country left to import Minis post-1970s is only Japan, and Japanese spec cars all have air con installed... Perhaps to add value to the car? It is, after all, sold as a premium car in Japan...
