im in the midst of this conversion and have read lots of peoples experiences on fitting their's. Everyone seems to budget to say their hoses cost circa £20, however ive approached a couple of companies and they give me prices of circa £35.
Anyone got any advice? Do you reckon i't'd be worth going round local autofactors to see if they make up hoses? Or do they only do brake lines?

well i had a possible stroke of genius this morning.
i got some minispares braided rear brake hoses that go from the cylinder to the subframe, it replaces the cooper pipe and the rubber flexi. At one end is a banjo and the other is 3/8 mini fitment.
Anyway i dont know if they are too long or too short but you can buy m10x1 anjo bolts from demon tweeks and i reckon it could work.
does all that make sense?

they may be too long but it might be worth a try

just been ouyt and as they are on the car it was a tad awkward to say the least BUt they are roughly between 10-12 inches long.
i measured the fronts and they are about 10-11 inches.
SOOOOO i reckon it could well work!!
just thinking you may need tyo change the type of fiiting on the front subframe brake pipes from male to female but i am not sure what is there at the moment.
i defo think it could work.

Thinking about it, I dont think it would really work, if you are going to do that you might as well start with fiesta hoses
