What’S Happens To Minispares

Trying to get hold of Minispares is impossible at the moment anyone know what’s going on, emails sent no reply none of the numbers work 🤷‍♂️

They are working on a skeleton staff as far as I am aware so they won't be as efficient as normal. Try dropping Simon a PM on here.

Had loads of stuff recently, all pretty prompt delivery all good I’d say

They are having a bit of a nightmere with orders to EU after Brexit along with difficulties with shipping because of Covid distruptions.

Yes. And he is the one that sorts out the TMF+ discount with MiniSpares.

Same here that’s what’s confused me ordered loads which came super fast and absolutely fantastic service as always but just can’t get hold of them.

Made an order last week came promptly no problems but in my experience with Minispares they never answer emails.

Maybe Rich could explain it to all of the customers maybe put a message up somewhere on the site explaining what’s happening, rough times for everyone agreed 👍🏻

I must admit never had an issue with emails, I always deal with Ivan and he’s spot on to be fair always gets back to me, but obviously not this time, not got a bad ward to say about Minispares they are brilliant 👌🏻

I'm still waiting for some stuff from my September order! I rang up on the 23rd December, the parts are all in stock, but still waiting..... At least I'm not in a hurry for it!

Whenever I have emailed Gavin, he has responded right away. Today I wanted to talk to Ivan Roux about an order and the Custom commission that we have to pay due to Brexit, and it was not possible.

Since I have to order everything online (I'm in the US) sometimes the website shows out of stock when they do have stock at one of the other branches....in that case an email sometimes will get it sorted and added to my order. I've had no problem reaching someone by email so far, although it's always the next day due to the time difference.
