MG METRO TURBO SETUP UNLEADED
Piper turbo cam, adjustable cam belt drive, central oil pick up pipe. bronze valve guides, 13-row oil cooler, catch can. and a 2"maniflow Turbo single box system.
Quick enough for me. kills fuel through. not sure if thats to do with it needing a tune up.

your rads moved hasnt it? and electronic fan? does look good tho does the outlet side of the intercooler go under the oilcooler and ever more cramped than usual!

yep, shifted the rad a couple of inches to the front so the fan cleared the water pump enough. and yeah the out from the IC goes under the oil cooler and back around to the plenim. even with the clubby flip its still well cramped in there. very difficult to get everything to fit nicely.

i noticed the rad was far away from the head and the 2 hoses cliped together!
you could lose a bend or two with a ally plenum that nic makes over on.

May be a silly question, but why did you stick with the side rad, rather than go for a front rad???

yep, shifted the rad a couple of inches to the front so the fan cleared the water pump enough. and yeah the out from the IC goes under the oil cooler and back around to the plenim. even with the clubby flip its still well cramped in there. very difficult to get everything to fit nicely.
