Hi all, I’ve fitted a DAB radio but am trying to decide what the best way to finish the antenna is. The window stick on antenna isn’t great and will just be temporary. Option A is to but a splitter and use the original antenna. Option B is to replace the roof mounted antenna (just replacing the whip) and use with the splitter. Option C is to replace the full antenna with a DAB antenna.

I’d prefer not to have to drop the roof lining if I don’t need to. Does anyone know where the original antennas cover the DAB frequency bands or whether you can find replacement whips - without replacing the mount and cabling down through the A-post.

One or two people have said the standard aerial with a splitter works well will DAB?
