So after some closer look at the underside of my new mini I've found some rot across most of the floor that appears to have been covered up previously. This is in addition to the sills, both inner and outer. I did take photos but unfortunately I dropped my phone and its now in worse condition than my floor pan so I cant upload them. I'd say there are around 3 major holes (approx 5-8cm in diameter) with a couple of them either side of the tunnel. Now I was all up for repairing as much of the bodywork myself, however I don't have the skills, equipment or space to flip my car over (or brace it) and attempt this repair myself.

So firstly, does this sound like its in need of an entirely new floor?

Secondly, does anyone have experience with paying someone to complete a task like this and how much did it cost them?

Thirdly, are there any recommendations for workshops or specialists that will take this on?

I appreciate it's hard to gauge without photos but until I can take new ones with another camera, just some casual ballpark advice would be appreciated!
