Hi,

I’ve completed the wiring as per pictures attached however I’ve put the battery in and turned the ignition on to find that the additional fuse box items only come on when I put my dip beam lights on.

Would this be to do with where I’ve connected the switch live to the existing fuse box ? As picture shows the cable on right of fuse box I’ve put in the bottom connector and this acts as the ignition live to new fuse box, is this correct ? The other cable unplugged on left hand side third down is my power to my converted central speedo unit.

The relay must be working as I pulled out the ignition live from old
Fuse box and my fuel pump and gauge goes off.

Any help please

You ought to get one of those cheap power probes - basically a crocodile clip on one end of a wire, with a small bulb holder with a metal pointer. You put the clip on an earth and can then use the pointer to check any connections for live (or vice versa) They're invaluable for car electrics.
