Hi, 

 

My Mini Tahiti ('93) is in need for new seat covers. The upper covers are still in OK condition but the lower covers are ripped. Any tips or links to find replacement covers?

Getting replacement seat covers in the original fabric for any of the 1980s/90s LE models is really hard. EBay is probably your best bet, unless someone on here has some stashed in their loft...

 

If mine ever wear out I'll have a custom leather interior made up along with some loose cushions for the rear seats recycling the original fabric.

Your mini Tahiti had unique cloth.

As above, eBay is your friend (set up a saved search with notification alerts). It's a rare special edition, and the seat fabric is one of the few things that made it "special" so it would be a shame to recover in something generic.
