Front to rear split late type tandem master cylinder.
Which hole goes to the front and which to the rear. Does it matter
Answers on a postcard please
Cheers

If it's a yellow band GMC 227 the bottom connection (M12x1) goes to the rear. Get it wrong & you'll have way too much rear braking & not enough up front!

Minispares do a plumbing kit if you're changing from an earlier type of master.

The horizontal type with the servo on the back? Rear connection on master to front brake calipers.

Not sure why, they did it that way round. I'd have thought the front was a little more reliable being further from the open end.
