Hi Guys,

Not sure if anyone can help, but could I have the title of my build thread changed please?

It currently reads:

'City E Project From Start to Present - Pic Heavy!'

But I'd like to change it to:

'88 City E - 'The PURIST' - Slammed 16v Show Car'

Just sounds a bit more jazzy and enticing lol.

Any help would be great,

Cheers

Chris

Hi Chris

If I remember correctly, go to the first post of the thread and hit edit, this should give you the option of changing the title.

Hit edit then full edit.

you might need to be TMF+ but give it a go.

Thanks gents, but no joy I'm afraid! Even in the full editor I don't have the option.

The others are correct Chris.

I just checked to see if it was still possible and it is.

Are you using a phone to do it? If so, you will need to make sure you are using the full version with desktop site enabled.

Go to your first post of the thread, hit edit post then use full editor and you will get this screen

You can see the title box at the top. Just wipe out the contents and put the new title in and save

Cheers

Ben

Interesting, I'm pretty certain I don't have that feature even on desktop. I'm away for the weekend now but I'll be back tomorrow, so I'll double check then. Thanks mate đź‘Ť

Just to confirm Chris, you are trying to edit the very first post.

I would change the Gt in my build thread to GT, it's the little things that matter lol. But I'm not that bothered really. Cheers

Had a look at this today. On the iPad I can edit the title. On the PC I can’t.  It’s a site configuration issue.
