I bought the radius arm kit from Minispares and took some measurements for your reference

Bush Outside 23.925mm
Inside 20.350mm

Bearing Outside 27.000mm

Shaft 20.625mm

Therefore we need an adjustable reamer of size 20-21mm.

Not really as you are not just reaming to bush to size you are also reaming it to be parallel to the bearing at the other end.

This should give you an idea of what is involved in refurbishing the radius arm:

Yes, I DIY a set using a steel bar and a bearing race to hold the reamer parallel while reaming.

Hi all,

Just reamed my radius arm bronze bushes by keep trying fitting in the shaft and keep reaming. Measuring 20.7mm on the bush inner and 20.6mm on the shaft. Is this 0.1mm about the right gap - there is a little play on the shaft.

Thank you for any help.
