Can you get covers or caps that cover the holes in the front end where the tie bars bolt on?
I've just removed the front lip but the holes in the front makes it seem un-finished.
Any ideas?

You mean where the subframe mounts?
nope but you can get tow eyes that replace the bolts.

You could probably find a rubber grommet that would fit the holes or get someone to turn you up a pair of domed alloy plugs to do it.

I reckon there would be a few people intestered in them. Just surprised there isn't any out there already. One that screws onto the remaining thread and covers it nicely.
Would not work without having another big hole.

How about chromed plastic sink tap blanks. I used them to blank off the jacking point holes in my Commer camper, a bit of bling tidies the holes up nicely.
Or stainless
for example
