Golly, I've removed and cleaned up the patch I cut out of the bonnet with the Catch pin bracket, and in my enthusiasm forgot to take exact measurements before cleaning up outside in the yard because it was about to rain heavy. And I had been telling my son never rush!
I'll be re-using the bracket. It had been re-welded to the bonnet, but poorly.
I have the rough place where it goes, within a patch of about 3 to 4" square, abut a guiding measurement from the bonnet lip would be very nice and steady my nerves, because its a difficult one to place first shot.
