Yes, when I had my van we added an aftermarket "door mirror" that screwed on to the door frame with two tiny grub screws.I think it may have been "Stadium" make. Made a huge difference and was quite unobtrusive. I'm going to change my door mirrors anyway as I've had to get a new driver's door due to bottom rot. The two doors have different fittings for different mirrors , so I'll fill them and get some nice shiny , new ones. For the moment, I think I'l content myself with the door mirrors and ponder the wing mirror option from a distance...
