When I get to about 50mph I get a rumling noise coming from the front, it stops when accelerating and when I take my foot off the accelerator. I dont get vibration through the steering wheel so I didn't think it was the wheels needing balancing.
Anybody had the same thing?

Check you tyres wheel arch side and outer for bulges. Also check your wheel bearings. Two friends recently had the same experience and put off checking it. Both had the front wheel one side lock solid at slow speed. (frightened them to death, one lurched up the kerb) Even when dragged up on a recovery vehicle, the relevant side stayed seized solid. Turned out to be the wheel bearing. Whatever it may be, do not put off checking
