NMQ-BMC stands for "Nueva Montaña Quijano-BMC" (This was the name of the firm that created the brand AUTHI). All Spanish Minis had this letters as you may know that Minis in Spain were not just assembled as in other countries but 100% built in Spain from a some better steel quality.

The -Z at the end means built by AUTHI, but the Jubilee Mini built by AUTHI in 1975 only to be sold in the NL, had the AUTHI chassis plate same as all other Spanish Minis.

All the electrical components were Spanish firm Femsa which produced in Spain a lot of electrical parts which were almost a copy of Lucas. Headlights were manufactured by Kinby and tulips by Yorka or Gemo.

It looks like your car has a mix of components as if it had been restored at some point with UK parts.
