No it doesn't, its just a gloss paint, nothing in it to make it sparkle.

You’ve answered your own question then.

Night fire is base and clear as already mentioned, only you’ll will be happy choosing your primer colour .

Get some off the shelf non metallic red basecoat,spray that over your primer and then your top coat
