Trying to decide on an exhaust Manifold to pair with my engine build. Engine is 1275+20thou, MG Metro Cam, stage 2/gt spec head, comp ratio 10.1.

Currently have a maniflow free flow exhaust that came with the car, but would an LCB be better suited? And if so then which one? There are so many of them to choose from?

I doubt that you would notice any difference between the two in normal road driving.
The LCB might give a little bit more power over 5500 rpm at the expense of some bottom end torque. It's just personal choice really.

Thanks Cooperman, I’ll likely stick with what I have then!

The original three-into-one tubular ex. manifolds were first fitted to the Cooper & Cooper 'S'.

There was a tapped hole in the remote gearchange aluminium casting and that supported the manifold. However, with the rod-change, when a 3-into-1 manifold is fitted it must have a good clamp at the bottom onto the gearbox casing output shaft cover bolt(s).
