Hi everyone!

I was browsing through the wheel directory looking at 12 inch rims and came across the picture labeled « Performance Turbo 6x12 » which I thought looked fantastic! Unfortunately that picture is the only reference I can find for those wheels and I was hoping someone here had more information about them.

Performance seems to be an Australian brand (they still exist, I emailed them), and they look identical to the Cheviot wheels that exist in 13x6 and were made in New Zealand I believe (can’t find a Cheviot 12x6, that would be too easy)

I’ve also found a bunch of references to various turbine style wheels, mostly from the US, but none of them on a mini or 12 inches. I’ve looked at Wolfrace turbovec, Western Cyclone and Hurricane, Appliance, 100+, American Racing, Enkei, you named it!

If anyone has any pictures of this style on a mini, or the name of a brand that made them in 12x6, that would be great! I’ve googled just about everything I could think of and I’m running out of ideas..
if anyone has a set for sale, that would be even better..

Thanks!!

Max

I don't think you'll find many sets still out there. Most were >13" and 4 or 5 stud

Here's some in 13x6 and the wrong stud pattern but they can be redrilled

And a photo of some on a mini. The caption said these were redrilled to suit a mini

Thanks Timmy!

I found that post on the Australian forum and signed up so that I can ask people who are more likely to have come across them!

Silly challenge I've set for myself there!

I am sure with Daisy Duke sitting in the back seat there will be no problem sliding in and then who cares about sliding out. :D  :D  :D
