Hi all. Can anybody with a mini van tell me which way does the main battery cable from behind the seat run,Does it go underneath the carpet inside or drilled through and runs underneath the van. Thanks in advanced.

In the early Van / Pick-up, it ran under the floor to the starter button by your left heel.
It was much easier to clip the cable under the floor than feed it inside the car, on the production line.

Usually, there would be c.1" a hole in the exhaust tunnel to the right of the battery to run the cable through

My 61 van goes under. Then to the floor push start then to engine bay.. all on the dirty side of the car....

My 80's van runs from a grommet on the exhaust tunnel to the front of the car.
