Hi can someone please help with the measurement highlighted in the photo.  I am removing sports pack arches and going back to original and need to make sure I get the arch right.

The cut outs are in different places left and right.

Would it not make a better job of it to just put a new wing on it? Unless your scuttle and front panel seams are perfect and your an ace at welding and can avoid distortion you're probs making things hard work for yourself

My wings and front panel are very solid.  Welding not a problem as I have been restoring cars for years.  Good question though
