The speedo drive gears need to match:
Tyre size
Final drive ratio
Speedometer turns per mile

Mini 25 with original engine and 12inch wheels - which speedo pinion should it have ? I've just pulled mine from the gearbox and its white with 17 teeth ?? so a 22a1881 ??
though the 22a1881 where for 10 inch wheels ?? any thoughts ? still trying to sort speedo !!

also I've just noted speedo adaptor is a 22A908 ??
