with this whole originality thing surely you have to draw the line somewhere..

 

and quality of tyres / grip level is so crucially important to your safety (and arguably other people on the road as well..) that it's not worth messing about is it 

 

I'll be having the same decision at some point as well, will probably go for the yokos just because they're so well regarded

I think I am going to be forced to go with the Yokohamas.  I just can't bear to fit budget tyres.  As I've got one already I only have to buy 3 more. The car is pretty low mileage and my goal is to make it as 'dealer fresh' as I can.  It still has the dealer stickers in the window and the dealer tax disc holder.  Getting some new number plates with the dealers details on them (current ones are 'Halfords')
