There must be a special uni course for politicians called " Dic##eads are us" or they just come from a different planet. The fact that this got passed must mean the majority thought it was a good idea.
Back in the day I think most politicians had a previous job/career in the 'real world' that most of us live, work in and pay taxes.....however today's politicians usually study politics at university and come straight into the civil service and government with no real life experience and then proceed to impose the politics they were brainwashed with at uni on the rest of us.....

No doubt the authorities will scream and shout about the additional cost etc but that doesn't seem to bother them when they go on one of those " essential fact finding missons" to the Bahamas.
Although they are screaming and shouting at the additional costs they are probably laughing all the way to the bank or online keyboard as they probably own the businesses that those additional costs are going to.

Yes. Perpetual undergraduates. No idea about real life. And this will probably cause a torrent of comments but teachers and lecturers are the same, no real life experience.
Those who can, do, those who can't, get paid too much to teach.

Now up to 436,000 and climbing, getting very close to the 443,000 that voted for Drakeford in 2021. Time to wait and see whether democracy means anything.

From what I have seen, virtually no-one is taking any notice of it.

there's a 20 stretch on my way to work I've been pointedly ignoring for the last 18 years, mind you there's speedbumps all the way anyway, so you'd be mad to go over 35 anyway
to be fair though I can see why they did it, it's a rat-run between two busy roads to avoid a large junction and everyone uses it, I bet years ago people used to absolutely hoon their way round it, typical again the idiots ruining it for us normals
it's annoying when you get stuck behind that one person every few months or so who's determined to stick to the rules
one day they'll ruin my day and put cameras down there no doubt, just one more reason on the list to start riding the bike to work which to be fair I should be doing anyway if I wasn't a lazy fat $£%

That`s the big picture and exactly what they want to get closer to the zero emissions and ease congestion and get people to exercise.
The big brother bully boys know the peasants will never be able to afford an electric car so they will just make it so frustrating to drive people will just give up.
