I'd contact Heritage if you haven't already done so and ask them if this is the best they can do especially given the cost.
Just see what they have to say.
How does an equivalent M Machine part, if there is one, compare?

Vendor says he contacted BMH and they say it's within tolerances. (!).
I don't have any other floors to test and the vendor only sells BMH.
I think I just need to adjust and get on with it. Everyone I've spoken to essentially says "all minis are rubbish" or whatever.. not sure I believe it but I guess it leaves me in the same situation - fix it myself or live with it.

Just to follow up on this - I had to do two 'fixes' to get this so I was happy with it.
Firstly was to slightly shim the subframe mounts to get it to line up with the front.
Now the front and back subframes line up all nice.

Also the drivers-side of the floor wasn't side enough for the boot floor + both little infil panels - it was about 8mm too thin. I had to open up the corner, and pull the outer sill out a little, then weld the box-ish corner back up.
