Has anyone got an Australian Mini Moke bonnet to fit a 1979 model they want to sell ?

Thanks for that Spider, the last new one I bought was such a poor fit I thought of trying going for a used one.

The new one was not the same profile as the front panel, I mean way off on both sides, took a fair amount of work to fettle without ruining it.

When enquired with the supplier as to the poor quality did not get much of a response, so it had to be reworked.

The last bonnet I sourced was a new panel but was such a poor fit, not to mention expensive, I thought I would try and find a secondhand panel this time.

You would think that there is not much to go wrong with a Moke bonnet but there was, the problem area was following the profile of the front panel. One side was not too bad but the other was well out and took a lot of reworking to make fit as there is a  lot of metal to reshape withih the frame.

I am still on the lookout for a secondhand panel if you hear of one.
