Hi all,

Can’t find the clearances for this bushing - I’ve seen people mention machining new bushes to .001”. What’s the upper wear tolerance please?

Thanks!

I don't have any Service specifications for them but generally set the running clearance to 0.0009 to 0.001". I would suggest an upper wear limit of 0.0012" to maybe 0.0015"

I wouldn't get too hung up on the clearance though, what's important here is that there's no taper in the bush as that'll cause it to jump out of Reverse when under load.
