Is anything more needed?

I have a 1275 metro engine with HIF44, LCB, RC40

Dyno'd last year at 65hp

Rebuilding the engine from the ground up with new parts and maybe a rebore would be optimal but what if i didn't do that could the cam and head simply be added to what's there?

Are any other parts needed?

Yes, perfectly achievable with the right head and cam.

Keep everything clean when building the engine.

Check and measure twice.

If your not happy with it.. then don't just make doo...

Time now will earn you ponys on the dyno.
