Following some advice, this issue was resolved.
The biggest help was that the pin fixing part, which I thought would not come out of the subframe hole, fell out when I turned it (see picture).
After that, I cut the protruding rubber bush with a knife and used a ball bearing puller, and I was able to easily remove the pin. Thank you for your advice and interest.

If you can, use a proper penetrating fluid rather than WD40.  PlusGas is a good one.
You can even make your own with a 50/50 mix of Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) and acetone.

 

(For clarity, WD40 as a brand do a penetrating fluid, but it is in different cans to the normal WD40)

This problem was solved in a different way, but I will refer to the fluid you mentioned. thank you
