Look at any mini miglia. They all have the same "Dunlop" sunstrip

Sunstrips must not be within 10mm of the swept area of the screen for mot purposes.
No doubt the police will know this money maker too.

 

I know its the law and all that but that bit of the windscreen is surely only going to be useful for looking at low flying aircraft. IMHO much worse are those fools who stick a sat nav/phone/dashcam (or sometimes 2 of those) right in the middle of their screen - I just couldn't do it as I would feel I couldn't see properly (especially when looking for potholes......)

I use to have one on my old Citron Saxo VTR a few years back before I sold it. Looking back it was awful!
