Looking for a pair of Spi (twin headrest posts) front seats for my Mk1. Preferably Black leather/cloth or Cloth in good condition.

Hopefully within shouting distance of South Wales.

The Spi seats in my mk 3 are a tight fit as they are wider than the original seats. you are limited to how far the recline goes back as it hits the rear companion bins, if your tall you wouldn’t be able to fit the mounting extensions. I don’t use the rear seats as no seat belts if you do, you have to lower the headrests and move the seat fully forward to get in the back and it’s still a tight squeeze. Apart from that they are really comfy seats and yes I’m a short arse.

I have tried a pair of Spi seats that a friend has and they are comfy and fit quite well. His rear bins had been modified to allow for more reclining than normal but I'm not willing to chop my MK1 bins.

I have found no recliners that overcome the rear bin collision so just going for comfy.
