I have found AP2 and another place in the US (Arizona) that does then but I'm curious if there are any more? I'm specifically looking in Canada if possible but others in the UK it North America would be appreciated.

I just searched on the Facebook "mini classic automatic" group and found someone asking about Ontario too, it might even be you. There was someone who replied saying they can do them in Alberta.
