Hello, I didnt realise that I needed a specific hub in order to fit a nrg quick release hub. I thought it would fit the 6 hole one I had , I have looked on there web site but cant find a classic mini one. Any ideas ?
Thanks.

What steering wheel do you have? I had planned on doing a Momo hub adapter on the column, then a quick release on the hub adapter. You should be able to do the same but depending on your steering wheel choice.

Yes it is complex. You need to know the year of mini. And then the make of steering wheel and that wheels bolt pattern and BCD.

It may be easier to change the wheel.

This is what I have , an astrali wheel and dont know the make of hub which are far too big in diameter to the size of the hub. I also have an old formula 1 wheel which has been on every mini I have owned but that only has 3 fixing screws and a small hub that fits in a square hole in the centre of the wheel. Neither will Fit the nrg hub I bought

You'll need an adapter like this one but for Astrali instead of Nardi. That may prove impossible to find, but I don't know enough about the Astrali spec. It may prove easier to get another wheel. https://www.tf-works...to-momo-silver/

Thanks, no issue with getting a wheel to fit the quick release hub, but what boss could I get to fit steering column and the nrg hub?

Does it have the same PCD as the hub? You have not provided any info on that.

The Astrali is 6 x 101.6mm pcd (also used by Mountney etc)
Formula wheels have a bespoke pattern that aren’t compatible with anything else

Momo is 6 x 70mm
Nardi is 6 x 74mm

There aren’t any common adapters from Astrali to momo. If you need to use the quick release you’d probably need a new momo type boss, then the quick release, then a new steering wheel with a momo pattern
