Bolt From Cat Converter To Exhaust

1) are they attached to the cat converter, or will they come out?
2) what are their exact size to get new ones?
3) PB Blaster and a hammer will get them out, yes?

I would resist hammering on the cat as the matrix is fairly fragile.I would drill them out and use a standard nut and bolt.Steve..

So the bolts are attached to the cat?

 

Can I cut off the head of the bolt? Would that work, or need to drill from the tip towards the head?
