My 1968 Cooper S has a KAD gearlever installed, however today when making a local trip the gearlever came out in my hand.

Grateful if someone would help me with the correct order of spacers, spring, plastic washer etc

I have attached some photos which may help, I have fitted the KAD spacer below but this may be incorrect

Many thanks

KAD space on remote (cupped side up), gear lever into KAD spacer, nylon washer (stepped side up) on top of gear lever ball, spring on top of nylon washer, original spacer ontop of KAD spacer, top plate which compresses spring.

Thank you, that's great.
