I checked and adjusted my timing, checked and adjusted valve clearances and adjusted the carbs. It's now at 10 degrees, idling just under 1000rpm and revving up cleanly. Haven't taken it for much of a test drive yet but it's much better than before when warm. Cold and choke out is very uneven but I think that's just the choke linkage that needs to be synced.
