a lot of those are edges where they would be covered up anyway like the seam trim and window seals
in those cases I'd probably just dry it out, maybe a dab of kurust in there with a really small brush, hold a bit of rag underneath protect the paint.. and then smear in literally a fingertip smear of clear sealant and put the seal / trim back on
the wider gaps especially the big one on the end of the rear valance I'd be tempted to also get a thick rag and use that to protect the paint while carefully squeezing them shut a bit with pliers or a small G clamp or something. but I'd be gentle if you start hearing crunchy noises just leave it . obviously some filler and a dab of paint there as well
