Do minispares now consider their new website complete? Because I find it impossible to use on my mobile. I've been trying for over a week to order some bits but the website is that frustrating I keep giving up trying.

I agree that it’s pretty poor., but I don’t find it ‘impossible to use’ (Safari on iPhone and Mac). I still haven’t got back my saved items that they deleted in their last cyber fart, so my orders are going to other suppliers these days. It’s a shame because they used to be my goto. I’m sure they won’t notice my absence though.

No still working on it, the desktop version is much better as that is our main focus currently.

Well I gave up trying to use my phone (it was never an issue on the old site) and borrowed a laptop.
Using the desktop version is easier but not much and not a patch on the old site, the parts drawings aren't complete and in places incorrect.
So I put my order together and at the payment page click place order only to get a spinning wheel then nothing. Try again, nothing. What is going on?
There goes my hopes of getting the parts for the weekend, is it worth bothering with minispares anymore? They are all I've ever used in the 20 odd years I've had minis. Which other suppliers offer the old minispares experiance?

to be honest a lot of the time I use minispares as a parts catalogue to get part numbers, then use those numbers to search elsewhere, at least check costs

suprising how often you then find it on ebay (minimania, oldskool minis, etc) at an equal or lower price

not so much for panels really but definitely for small parts, bushes and bearings, fixings, suspension components, etc etc.  also loads of new old stock or used items that can be cleaned up and reused

I do the same on the volvo and all previous dailies as well

Have you got examples of the incorrect parts drawings? 99% of the time a checkout issue is not having the addresses filled out correctly in your profile. PM your email address and I can check it for you.

Thanks I've sent you a PM.

The incorrect part is item 15 on the air cleaners manual, item 15 is both a duct and air filter? And the manual doesn't show air filters even though you sell them. There was also a nut that when highlighted showed a washer but I can't remember where that was.

Thanks, I've forwarded this on to our website guys to fix :)
