Inlet is 2" OD
outlet is 2 1/4" OD
megaphone 18"
Reverse cone 3"
Overall length 21"
The RCM is ovalised, 4" at widest point, but with the exhaust fitted I'm unable to measure the height.

A different thought for you.  At 1275-1330 cc  , the Stage 3 LCB ( full race) by maniflow may actually detract until fully hitting 8000rpm .. The slightly smaller Stage 2 LCB may give slightly better power torque curves until quite high in the rev range.

The Maniflow tested exhaust manifolds are VERY good value and performance AND for bigger engines 1360plus plus etc Their full race LCB is hard to beat - with lots of racers using lots of dyno hours to eventually prove the same.

In two different race engines i had - one Short stroker 1300 - enjoyed the Full Stage 3 and straight pipes behind ( still passing 95 decibel sound limits on certain tracks) whilst another 1330 ( standard stroke) actually preferred the Stage 2. ( not a lot in it)

I think either of the Maniflow LCBs are good proven choices , but ultimately you also need to know they fit and meet regulations.  Ceramic coat your choice .

The other thing to consider...... some people like to put an Oxygen sensor bung in the 3 into one or 2 into one section just for testing times,, as opposed to shoving it up the back,..... again you need to see what fits with your gearbox etc
