I'd like to fit that tube for my turbo. Can I come in through the inner wing at the top to provide fresh air?

Yeh, i've done it on my MPi tubo for a cold air feed.

2" mate, youre not going to change the world with a cold intake, the money is best in a quality intercooler core. Air temps out of the turbo are in the 100s.
