To un-coin a phrase, "You don't get what you don't pay for", so  please may I suggest, in the nicest possible way and in the best possible taste, that it is thieves, freeloaders and socialist who get what they haven't paid for, and as beneficiaries of charity, we should be grateful and not grumble about the speed that the paint dries, on this Forum.
