[Pinball Wizard]

Hi all. I only have one key fob for my MPI and it's a bit temperamental, so I purchased the twin fob kit from Remote Key. It won't program the fobs (won't connect to the alarm/security unit) and I've been asked to check ground/earth points. Where should I begin the search? I've seen a vid online that I wonder if it's a good starting point -

And this is what the connection on the right side(left side from in the car) looks like, they may just need cleaning and removal of corrosion
