I have recently bought a mpi mini and wondering if have done right.  Yesterday had trouble starting from cold.  Only way it would start was with perhaps half throttle.  Does anyone local to me have a code reader that works on mpi minis as my small reader will not work.  Quite happy to pay for time involved and provide cups of tea.

Start by measuring the voltage at the starter when cranking.
