Minispares have recently re-introduced below what they say is an equivalent to the old 'Unipart GFE21 oil filter' that some may remember.

I think they may have recently changed filter supplier for all their filters. That may be why they could reintroduce them.

Just curious but is there any material difference in the performance of branded filters on the market? If you change oil and filter frequently will you see any benefit from a more expensive option?
