Afternoon All!

After changing the exhaust manifold and exhaust on my mini, I came to bolt it all back up and have discovered a significant fuel leak from my carb. I will attach pics to show where this is coming from. Being rather new to all this, I don’t even know what to search online to find this particular part so any help is appreciated!

SU Waxstat Jet Assembly:-

Minispares:-

Note: If you do need a replacement jet assembly you would need to input the correct year of Mini and SU Carb part number into the Burlen website, as the above parts are just quoted by me as examples:-

That won't solve the problem though.

Nope, only a flux capacitor, so you go back & buy petrol without ethanol would really do that.

Thanks all that’s really helpful.

Worryingly, when I removed that nut, I found the metal washer but there’s no rubber one in site. How can it have been fitted without it?

If you haven't, make sure it's not still in the screw hole. It might not look like an O ring any more.
