Aldon Automotive built 1380 A Series. Built in 1984 and never been ran (brand new). With original receipt/paperwork.

 

Spec:

Hepolite powermax pistons with lightened, balanced and polished rods.

Cooper S crank, webs lightened, bead blasted and balanced.

11 stud head, extensively gas flowed and polished with 36mm Rimflow inlet, 31mm Rimflow exhaust valves and double high lift valve springs.

Carbon fibre pushrods.

Avonbar 1.5 ratio rockers.

Piper 285 cam.

Triger cam belt conversion.

Ultralight flywheel with uprated clutch cover and plate, all balanced.

Aldon Automotive matched distributor.

Fully rebuilt gearbox.

Center oil pickup.

Engine to gearbox bolts enlarged to 5/16”.

Lucas electronic ignition.

 

The only downside is the gearbox could do with being repainted as it's flaked off.

 

I do have a few other bits that could go with it too if any are of interest.Open to negotiations with these:

 

AC Dodd cam with 1.3 rockers

Long Center Branch exhaust

Rubber coupling drive shafts

HIF44 and a manifold to go with. The carb needs the mods for venting (again, I can do this but open to negotiation)
