Got my 95 sprite just before Christmas. Been doing a few jobs with my lad helping me. It’s been converted to carb with a Slark engine from an MG metro. Running 10 inch wheels.
Worried I rushed into it but it was local and looked great with all the welding done. Any advice on getting a carb converted Spi through an MOT would be greatly appreciated. Or Have I made a mistake?
This car is to scratch the itch since giving up motorcycles and I used to work in a Rover dealer when they came to the end of production production.

Hi and welcome to TMF.
Regarding the MOT, you might be better off posting in the technical section.
10" wheels are the best!
