Building a set of double HS4 i found in my boxes. Not able to find my Vizard bible so hope someone here can get me a starting point which needles and springs a should use to get running. Not looking to get out the last HP but a good fast street drivability. Engine spec is 1293 PRE A+, Longman stage 3 head (i think it was called so when i bought it 1990, or was it "full race"?), MS EVO 001 cam, LCB with homemade 2" exhaust. Intake is a homemade modification of an old Cooper 2xHS2 intake. K&N panncake filters.
